Twitch downloads do not resume when switching networks

What happened?

When downloading a twitch vod in grayjay, if you were to switch (or just disconnect) networks, grayjay will completely redownload the vod upon reconnect instead of continuing where it left of.

(I have had this happen to me for a day now while trying to download a 9 hour vod lol)

I have no idea how to get a log ouput in grayjay, if you can explain how then I will provide a log.

I modified the issue description since it seems that I was encountering another bug at the same time, sorry for that! Also if you can tell me how to get a log then i will provide that!
