Incorrect Long-Press Key in German Keyboard Layout

A user reported two issues with the German keyboard layout. First, the long-press option on the "i" key incorrectly shows "í" instead of "8." Second, when typing numbers, the keyboard fails to suggest previously typed numbers, which is not an issue in SwiftKey (although this second issue isn't exclusive to the German layout).

For whatever reason, in v0.1.24.1 numbers are no longer suggested, so the original issue is indeed correct:

With regard to long-press indicators, I would like to propose some further amendments, though to the "Deutsch" layout (rather than the QWERTZ layout as in the original post):

As the Umlaute are always visible in the Deutsch layout, they need not be long-press alternatives. Thus, "u" could have "<" and "o" could have "{" as primary long-press alternatives (fitting nicely with i/> and p/} ).
