I'm opening this issue to continue the conversation started in #143 in a dedicated place.

Don't hesitate to propose improvements to our workflow, there's a lot we could do to encourage more contributions.

Maybe setting up some sort of chat could help. I feel like certain issues can be sorted out much quicker in chat vs in issue comments.

Update: It looks like #funcool is available on freenode.

We can also use Gitter, you can use it easily from the browser and search history. i went ahead an opened the cats room.
