CADProc - remove channel feature

User Story Statement

As a Tazama system operator
I want to simplify the system and improve system performance by removing the channel concept
and I want the repositories to reflect this change
so that there are no redundant repositories or code

Acceptance Criteria

1. The former separate CADProc has been integrated into the TADProc - the CADProc must be removed completely
2. The typology aggregation functionality of the CADProc must be moved to the TADProc
