Fix node graph center

The node graph starts centred in the upper left corner and then is moved to focus some node for example.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if it would load with all nodes roughly centred.

I think this commit is related and could be applied here:

The above mentioned commit does not change anything obviously for me.

I do think I understand the issue when loading a page like https://map.aachen.freifunk.net/#/en/graph the first time, it looks like the graph comes into the view from the upper left.
But when switching between the map and the graph view, it starts correctly centered.

I would consider this an artifact and would rather close this issue..?
Or do you have a more precise description or finding where this should be fixed?
