Incorrect colours in TW52 and TW100 modes

TosWin2 sets incorrect colours when...

• TW52: Setting foreground/background colour using Atari VT52 escape codes.
• TW100: When switching to VT52 mode and set foreground/background colour using Atari VT52 escape codes.

Atari VT52 colours (0-15): White, red, green, yellow, blue, magenta, cyan, light grey, grey, dark red, dark green, dark yellow, dark blue, dark magenta, dark cyan, black.

TW52 colours when using VT52 escapes (0-15): Black, red, green, brown/orange, blue, magenta, cyan, light grey, white, black, dark red, dark green, dark blue, dark cyan, yellow. Colour 15 doesn't change from the previous.

TW100 colours when using VT52 escapes in VT52 mode (0-15): Dark green, red, green, brown, blue, magenta, cyan, light grey, white, black, dark red, green, dark blue, dark cyan, yellow, dark magenta.
