Make templates customizable #17

Templates are currently hard-coded and can't be overwritten easily. In order to make them customizable by users I sugest:

move all templates into one directory
add a template_path option to the config file
use http://jinja.pocoo.org/docs/dev/api/#jinja2.ChoiceLoader to prefer template_path over builtin templates.
