Wrong TOC layout when only using h1 as titles

Hi,

love your project (avoids a lot of work) ;).

Iam preparing my presentation for my phd defense and iam trying to use reveal.js with your project. as my presentation is quite long i would like to only show the principle chapters of the presentation to avoid a long list at the beginning. for this i used presentable.toc({framework: "revealjs", hideNoTitle: "false", titles: "h1"}); to choose only the titles of the different chapters, but as you can see in the image below there is a jump in the numeration, which is think is because the length of the line. Is there a possibiliy to fix this?

Hi Blubbsy,

I'm not sure why your table of contents is so narrow. My first thought was a small screen, but when I tried smaller sizes reveal.js scaled the slides down relative to the size of the screen.

Anyway, I was able to reproduce it by adding a fixed width, but I'm not sure if that is what is causing your problem.

Anyway, this might fix it for you. Try adding the following CSS to your presentation just before the closing </head> tag:

<style type="text/css">
    #presentable-toc li a.title {
        display: inline-block;
        overflow: hidden;
        text-overflow: ellipsis;
        width: 90%;
    }
</style>

That should result in something like

Electrical Characterizat...    4
Thermal Modeling               5

Small screen is relative, iam working on a 13.3" notebook with QHD resolution.

You solution works, but does not look that nice because it breaks the line. Is there a reason why the width of the box is bigger using also the h2 titles? It would be nicer if i have the same widt as if iam working with h1 and h2.
