Describe the bug

When casting a source cast source --chain polygon -d out 0x794a61358D6845594F94dc1DB02A252b5b4814aD --etherscan-api-key <v2apikey>, i get Invalid API Key as the v1 api seems to be used. Supplying a chain specific API key seems to work for now, but will break with final v1 deprecation.
