Filtering options for LFS Files Status window by status and user

We would like to be able to filter the list of LFS files by lock status in order to show us which files are locked.

Additionally it would be good to be able to filter specifically by the user who owns the lock, as currently the filter applies to both the file path and the user, meaning that if a file path contains a username it will also show when trying to search for that users locked files.
