Executing code after setup without config

Hi!

I wonder what's the proper way to execute some code after setup without using config. For example I want to set a colorscheme. Right now this works:

  {
    'navarasu/onedark.nvim',
    name = 'onedark',
    priority = 1000,
    config = function()
      require('onedark').setup({
        style = 'deep',
      });
      vim.cmd('colorscheme onedark')
    end
  },
}

But I want to get rid of config as per current docs. So how can I use only opts instead?
Same question arises while configuring telescope with require("telescope").load_extension("fzf").
