bug: disabling a plugins does not seem to work

Describe the bug

Disabling plugins via the recommended /lua/plugins/disabled.lua config file does not have any effect after the latest update. It does show up as disabled in the Lazy screen but still shows up in the editor. Example screenshots have been attached.

In the screenshots, you can see both vim-illuminate and mini.indentscope has been disabled, but they still show up in the editor.

Here is my disabled.lua config file:

  { "RRethy/vim-illuminate", enabled = false },
}

Steps To Reproduce

1. Disable a plugin via /lua/plugins/disabled.lua config file
2. Open the editor and check if the disabled behaviour still shows up

Expected Behavior

Disabled plugins should not show up in the editor.

@folke Isn't the disabled syntax correct? Or did anything change? I rarely fiddle with my NVIM config, so if there is any change please do point it out 😬

@folke I apologise for the issue, it seems like there's another plugin named snacks.nvim that has this same feature. I was able to disable the feature by adding the required config to it's opts map.
