The docs currently don't state that this only works if nav is removed. This should be explicitly stated.

This is confusing to me. If I remove the nav section I don't have my website anymore, just the blog section. I can get the blog pages showing but I have to enter them manually into the nav section. I thought this plugin would parse all the .md files under blog/YYYY/MM/DD and automatically add them to a "blog" entry in the nav bar in addition to my normal nav web pages. Am I missing something?

This is a really interesting plugin. Unfortunately, since this question has not been answered for so long, I wonder if it is still actively maintained.
