Describe the problem

On reading about Built In Kotlin migration I came across a typo, or at least I believe it is. I could not edit the page without a fork and this is now quicker and easier. In the Validate section, Version Note bubble, it refers to Flutter version that does not yet exist. 3.47. I believe the text should read 3.44.7, unless this is a future change we cant make yet!

Expected fix

Validate -> Version Note Bubble

Enabling built-in Kotlin requires Flutter 3.47 or later.

If a typo then it should say

Enabling built-in Kotlin requires Flutter 3.44.7 or later.

Both pages do have a note saying that Flutter 3.47 is required to enable built-in Kotlin, but https://docs.flutter.dev/release/breaking-changes/migrate-to-built-in-kotlin/for-plugin-authors#update-the-gradle-file says the minimum for plugins must be set to 3.44. Are these two separate cases?

At minimum, plugin authors must set the minimum Flutter version to 3.44 to allows apps to use AGP 9 with Built-in Kotlin disabled. If the minimum Flutter verson is not 3.44, apps cannot successfully build on AGP 9. We only added support for AGP 9 with Built-in Kotlin disabled in 3.44. In Flutter 3.47, apps can use AGP 9 with Built-in Kotlin enabled (provided that the app and any plugins used are all migrated to Built-in Kotlin).

The 3.44 and 3.47 requirements are entirely separate. The Flutter 3.44 minimum only applies to plugin authors to ensure apps using their plugins can use AGP 9 w/ Built-in Kotlin disabled. Flutter 3.47 allows developers to enable Built-in Kotlin (concretely it means setting android.builtInKotlin=true). Since enabling Built-in Kotlin is only available starting Flutter 3.47, it is a future change devs can't make yet.
