I don't think we'll be able to remove the Java/JavaScript exception breakpoint entries, but going forward, we'll likely add a Dart Exception Breakpoints section. The best tracking issue for that is likely https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-13268.

This is out for review in the Dart plugin repo. Removing from this milestone - we can add support in the flutter plugin once the dart plugin revs.
