Find missing annotations

Once #5804 lands we should analyze the entire plugin for missing annotations.

To run a single inspection use Option-Shift-Command-I (Run Inspection by Name). To run all of them use Code -> Inspect code.

The new intentions cause a LOT of warnings. At this point I'm going to fix (some of) them in each file I touch for other reasons.
