Cloud Sync Settings

Users would like to sync settings/themes/plugins/etc to the Cloud and pull that information to multiple machines.

• happy for the end users to pay for the storage (if that costs fluentCODE $$$)
• details of these settings are all located in the user's account settings. Assumption: the app can offer a login ability AND when logged in, checks the current machines latest 'cloud settings' and if needs be, downloads the latest one and applies those new settings.
