Inaccessible Logs: Security, State

After a mandatory windows security update im getting the error below (on all of my computers). Windows defender is blocking it as a Low Risk activity. I have tried disabling the windows security, adding it as an exclusion, allowing it through firewall and nothing has worked. Any help please?

Try running Excel as an administrator.

Also, you can try to disable logs before opening Chrome (or any other browser you're using)

Example with Google Chrome:

Did you solve this? I found the same issue right now. I'm not the admin of this computer. I think there could be some company security policy was changed.
