Website could make it more clear how to get help

As demonstrated by #493, it's not very obvious how to ask for help with using Flatpak. The link to the Matrix channel is on the About page, but it might not be clear to everyone to use that rather than the GitHub issue trackers to ask for help.

Or to use a Flathub Discourse if it is a problem with some Flathub package. :-)
