Lost window decorations

This makes the app more difficult to use. It looks like full screen always. I cannot reduce or move the window.

Using the fullscreen option does nothing.

Wayland CSD will return once this is merged, released and used in jitsi-meet-electron: electron/electron#29618

This should be solved since #42 if you run it with --enable-features=WaylandWindowDecorations, can you try @yajo?

I noticed no difference, both under Xorg and Wayland.

Oh BTW I just noticed the steps to reproduce are wrong.

Try this:

1. Enter meeting.
2. Enter fullscreen.
3. Close Jitsi.
4. Reopen Jitsi.
5. Enter meeting.

No way to disable fullscreen.

With version 2022.8.1 it should now really work, try launching it under wayland with --ozone-platform-hint=auto
