Bug: Status Center ring has wrong color after resuming Windows from sleep

Description

Sometime it the color of the status most of the time it the Windows accent color

Steps To Reproduce

1. Do an operation
2. Check status center ring

Does this only happen if there is a failed operation already in the status center?

While I can't test the error state right now, the complete one happen whether or not there are existing completed operations listed.

Are you setting the progress ring colour as the status changes, or only the badge in the centre?
