Move repo to OICA

• Make a PR to extract/remove all non l10n_ro* modules from your repository. In the OCA repository of the Romanian localization, we only want the l10n_ro* modules. The other has to be submitted to the proper OCA repository :
• currency_rate_update => already in : https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-tools
• account_vat_on_payment => alredy in : https://github.com/OCA/account-payment
• account_storno => Submit it to : https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-tools
• account_compensation => I do not understood what it does.. You should provide a better description in the modules. Then submit it to the proper OCA project, here I see:

  • https://github.com/OCA/account-invoicing
  • https://github.com/OCA/account-fiscal-rule
    => Please choose the one that make sense
• stock_balance => Submit here : https://github.com/OCA/stock-logistics-warehouse
• partner_create_by_vat => Ok to let it in the Romanian repository. Seems related to government
• Make a PR to submit your actual repository in the new OCA one. Or if you want, I can transfer the ownership of your current repository to the new OCA team. For this, please add me as an admin of your current repo so I can move it under OCA umbrella.
