Quick Question: Text Shadow

Does this have text shadow as a feature ?
I never used Visual Studio and don't want to install it and learn how to build in it just to check.

Does this have text shadow as a feature ?

This utility just exposes features of various Windows API's, and I don't know any Windows text API that has text shadow builtin (at least not directly, meaning one has to render to a temporary bitmap first).
