When creating link class for many to many relationship column id not created with auto increment

The following Is the link class

class ServiceLinkSQL(ServiceLinkBase, BaseTableModel, table=True):
    __tablename__ = 'servicelinksql'


    id: Optional[int] = Field(default=None, primary_key=True)


    device_id: int = Field(foreign_key='devicesql.id', primary_key=True)
    service_id: int = Field(foreign_key='servicesql.id', primary_key=True)

I've linked the class with the link_model property (same as documentation).

I'm doing something wrong? Or Is this the wanted behaviour?

Could you please provide an MRE so that we could easily check it?
I think it's most likely error in code
