Image title attribute

A would suggest to also add a title attribute here since the BI SEO requirements are to hav both alt and title tags.

Maybe we could use the alt tag as title if no title is supplied. Thoughts?

@krisimmig I have no strong feelings about this. Could you research if this is in line with common accessibility best practices? If yes, let's do it.

Looks like it is an optional attribute, see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16384693/is-a-title-attribute-relevant-in-a-img-tag

But I think we can add it with a fallback to the alt tag.
I will add it.
