how to add HMR feature in create-react-app

I used eject command to generate my project webpack config and found that not support HMR feature in deveploment，any better way add HMR?

You should wait for v4. It will feature React Fast Refresh.

I'm trying to use the FAST_REFRESH experimental flag but can't get it to work on the straight out the box CRA. Any idea if it should work, and if so, how to make it work and verify whether or not it's even trying?!
