Did any of you get anywhere with this?
I'm finding it related both to updating npm, to version 5 (or higher?) and to updating create-react-app.
I haven't reinstalled anything on my Linux yet, but I'm thinking my troubles started when I updated...
but I updated a few things all at once.
I've found a number of rather complicated workarounds, but I haven't tried any yet so I cannot recommend.
