Should we move from Spectrum to Discussions?

We just got the new Discussions beta featured enabled in this repo. We currently have a Spectrum community but having something right in GitHub seems more useful. I propose we try out the Discussions feature for a little while and if we like it we use it in place of Spectrum.

I feel that this will work better for us than Spectrum, as we will have the ability to convert issues to discussions, and I'm sure more features later.

We have decided to move forward with this. I've posted on Spectrum that we're moving to GitHub Discussions.

Am I missing an obvious way to subscribe to the new discussions or is there no such feature?

I see this on the sidebar - this is a beta feature, maybe not everyone will see all features at all times.
