Add support for default expansion of environment variables by updating dotenv-expand dependency

Hi) Would it be possible to add default expansion of env vars in the nearest feature?

Now it makes a huge problem of adding custom choose-default-value logic into JS code which is disconnected from .env files and should duplicate logic of distinguishing .development/.production/.test environments.
