npx create-react-app part2 not installing

Hey, when running the following command, it shows the following things

jeevan@Newbeginning-PC:~/Desktop/FullStack$ npx create-react-app part2

Things That I have tried to solve the problem

• Updated my node version from 16.4.3 to 174.0
• Updated my npm and npx version to 8.3.1
• Ran below commands from the project root directory as well as form my home directory but nothing fruitful

What shall I do next to solve this problem? please help me:)
