New Time Tracker version

It would be good to make it work under a flag

It's not available to me yet. We might also have another tool, depending on how the Hackaton goes.

Yeah, it's only available for some projects for now.

I have to re-upload to the new version the hours that I already submitted for June, and delete from the old one. So I was thinking that I could invest that time in making a pull request here instead.
