You may find it helpful to follow this checklist from the CONTRIBUTING.md resource. There is not yet any canonical data at moment of creating this issue. You may come up with test cases yourself or (recommended) check tracks that have already implemented this exercise for inspiration.
This can be implemented similar to dsls like jasmine/mocha work, and take inspiration from other tracks already implementing this exercise. Check-out the javascript grep exercise to see that we also support ingesting (or outputting) from (and to) files.
