Some working themes won't appear

I'm having an issue where when adding themes to the sd card they don't appear
I have over 28 existing personally made and downloaded themes that do work and appear
at first, I thought it was a corrupt file for a theme I created, but it also happens from other themes from themezer they just simply don't appear in the theme injector I also had another person test them, and they work.
I have the latest atmos/hekate/nxthemeinjector version
I have launched using r and from the albums
I have deleted everything theme related from the sd card like the 01000 folder and downloaded new files and extracted the home menu again as a new setup, but only the same themes work.
I also test the cap and lower case for the titles, not the issue
I also believed it was a theme limit, so I deleted all the themes and used just 1 single new working theme it won't appear but when I downloaded from the switch using the code method it works and appears.

I don't know if I'm communicating my issue properly in simple terms, It's as if there is a missing refresh button, or you can only have 10 themes permanently, and you can't switch them.

I think this is the key element here.

The only requirements for theme files to be detected is that their extension is nxtheme, all lower case, that is the full name of the file ends with .nxtheme.
And that you don't have folder trees too deep, the scan will stop after 7 folder levels, this means /themes/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/theme.nxtheme won't work.

If your files follow both requisites you probably have some problems with the sd card, the worst offenders are the archive bit (especially if you use a mac) and exfat corruption, don't think i can help more than this.

On the root of the sd card I have the themes folder the themeinjector created and in that folder are all the themes in there own individual folders nothing further
Could that be the issue
