Can't add library

I can't seem to add library. Pressing the browser library button does open the browser, with his url

https://libraries.excalidraw.com/?target=_blank&referrer=vscode%3A%2F%2Fpomdtr.excalidraw-editor%2FimportLib&useHash=true&token=sometoken&theme=light&version=2&sort=default

Then pressing "add to excalidraw" with a link like

vscode://pomdtr.excalidraw-editor/importLib#addLibrary=https%3A%2F%2Flibraries.excalidraw.com%2Flibraries%2Fmattias-fjellstrom%2Fhashicorp.excalidrawlib&token=sometoken

does bring vscode to the foreground, but has no other effect.

I am using vscode 1.98.1 under WSL and excalidraw 3.8.0.

I have the same exact issue. VS Code version 1.98.2 currently but I have noticed this issue in the past.
I can download and then add it like that but with the link on the website, it does nothing but bring vscode into focus.
