The console component /content/etoolbox-link-inspector/link-inspector should be moved to /apps/etoolbox-link-inspector/components/console.

Folder /content/etoolbox-link-inspector/data is expected to live in /var/etoolbox/link-inspector.

++ Additionally please check what folder /content/etoolbox-link-inspector/download is for.
