[ELI-83] Change UX of the "Summary" popup when there is not a stored summary #83

Currently, if there is not a previously stored scan result, the "Summapry" panel pops up with only the words "Last scan" and nothing more.

Possible solutions:

  1. Skip "Last scan" when there is a pending job (== start with the job info). If there is neither last scan statistic, nor a pending job, display a phrase like "Currently no data".
  2. Disable the "Summary" button and do not allow the panel to pop up if there is neither last scan statistic, nor a pending job.

Make sure that the Delete button deletes the grid and the statistics
