Any ways to change notification behaviour?

I would like to disable notifications for backups, but keep the ntfy options to send custom notifications. Is there any way to do that?

You can use the *Override variables to set this up.

Have a look at global-config, it is described there - though very briefly - with an example for e-mail notifications. Perhaps I should describe this with more details in documentation.
