feat: live DA submission page

Add a new “Live DA Submissions” page that streams da_batch SSE events in real time.
It should show block_number, header_da_height, data_da_height, and a derived status (pending / partial / included), with the newest updates first.
Include basic connection state (connected/disconnected) and pause/resume for live updates.
