PDB files do not load for stability predictions

Currently, 3d protein structures do not load. Since we do not host the structures ourselves and use publicly hosted structures from PDB, this is likely due to the URL pre-fix changing on their end.

Interaction interfaces predicted from interactome3d are not affected by this since we host those files.
