Submit job issue with VCF file

I was interested in trying your tool. I tried to upload a demo/small vcf file (called by haplotype caller using the hg19 reference) I got the following error after my attempt to submit a job:

I used the upload from my computer function. selected my vcf.gz file, and selected H. sapiens as my reference. Any advice would be useful. Thanks
