Feature Request - Add the ability to Add/Remove users to squads to the API

The Seat end point allows Creation and Deletion of squads, but no ability to manage users in the squad, I request we add the ability to Add/Delete users to squads via the API.

We use squads to manage access to discord, wikis, teamspeak, and a large breadth of other tools. I want the ability to extend the control of adding/removing from squads to other tools that are better situated to conduct extensive audits and approval chains. For instance, group requires a ceo vouche, several skills, and own a ship with a specific fit in a specific location at the time of application (but not later). Or needs a ceo vouche, and sig owner approval, but they have to have x days minimum in corp. Lots of super custom rules that I can write via querying seat and offloading the processing.
