Cross reference related sections of guide needed in practice.

Please fill in the following information:

• Adobe ActionScript3, Python, Matlab
• I want to learn Elm because I want bug free web apps
• I was confused by need to use elm make src/Main.elm --output=main.js, instead of just elm make src/Main.elm for Ports, as it was not mentioned in 'Ports' section of guide. A quick cross referencing footnote for beginners might help: e.g. 'you need to use elm make to create the .js file to serve this, see section on Install and section on Web Apps'. I have been using elm react up until now.

General suggestion is put 'see also section on...' to help beginners cross-reference the guide sections to put their learning together in practical applications. This dos not need a computer science super expert.

Note: The answers do not have to be super elaborate. I just need to understand who is confused and why. As I learn more about the readers, it is possible to revamp the book that addresses their concerns in a coherent way. Ultimately I must pick an audience, so it fundamentally cannot work for everyone. Choices must be made!
