Adding an explanation of why SHA-256 is used in blockchains

Adding an explanation of why SHA-256 is used in blockchains to your website could be useful as it helps users understand why it's important in blockchain security, making the concept clearer for beginners and developers alike.

I found myself looking for what SHA-256 was and why it was used in blockchain after watching the demo video provided by Anders Brownworth, so I wondered others might want to know the same.

I have created a pull request regarding the same as well.
