Describe the bug

Image in ActionCard not fitting properly on mobile

To reproduce

  1. Go to /contributing/translation-program/acknowledgements/ (on mobile)
  2. Scroll down to the "View all translators" card
  3. See error

Expected behavior

The image should fit the card well
