Sharing configuration via Packages URL not working as expected

Hi,

I'd like to share a single Vale configuration across multiple projects (and in fact, across multiple users)

From reading these pages:

• https://vale.sh/docs/keys/packages#structure-and-hosting
• Document style sharing across projects #770

Suggests a simple solution is to use a ZIP bundle from a URL.

So using the vale-boilerplate repo as an example, I would've expected I could configure this with a simple .vale.ini:

Packages = https://github.com/errata-ai/vale-boilerplate/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

But instead I get:

% vale sync
Syncing master [1/1] █████████████████████████████████████████████████ 100% | 0s
lstat /var/folders/d7/fjhwxdcj7y78j8jjrcq_krrw0000gp/T/master2077383952/master: no such file or directory

Is there a (simple) way to achieve what I'm after?

Packages are indeed the intended solution here. You need to follow the directory structure outlined in the docs, though (a .zip. of an entire repo will not work).
