Priority: Medium
Severity: High
High level visibility to the user
Milestone
Description
When connecting monomers through R3-R3 attachment points, the long bonds overlap instead of being properly spaced apart. As per the expected behavior, these bonds should be treated as side-chain snake bonds and should not intersect.
Steps to Reproduce
Actual behavior
Long bonds between 1st-5th and 2nd-4th monomers overlap instead of being spaced apart.
The visual representation becomes unclear, making it difficult to interpret the structure.
Expected behavior
Long bonds should behave like side-chain snake bonds and should be properly spaced apart.
The bonds should not overlap, ensuring clear visibility and proper structural representation.
