Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macro - Flex mode (clean canvas)
Load from HELM: RNA1{R(A)P.R(A)P.R(A)}|RNA2{R(U)P.R(U)}$RNA1,RNA2,8:pair-5:pair$$$V2.0

Switch to Sequence mode

Actual behavior
There is a line between two sugar monomers in the antisense sequence in Sequence mode

Expected behavior
There is no a line between two sugar monomers in the antisense sequence in Sequence mode
