There is line between CHEM and RNA in Sequence mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Macro - Flex mode (clean canvas)
2. Load from HELM: RNA1{P.R(A)P.R(A)}|CHEM1{[4aPEGMal]}|RNA2{R(U)}$RNA1,RNA2,6:pair-2:pair|CHEM1,RNA2,1:R2-1:R1$$$V2.0

3. Switch to Sequence mode

Actual behavior
There is line between CHEM and RNA in Sequence mode

Expected behavior
There is no line between CHEM and RNA in Sequence mode
