How to reproduce

Steps:

create custom app
create publication request for app with version 2.2.2
by admin approve publication request for custom app v 2.2.2
by user crate publication requires for app with version 11.1.1
by admin approve publication request for custom app v 11.1.1
by user open DIAL marketplace, find published custom app
click app's card and check version dropdown list

Actual result

Expected result

Published versions of applications should be in descending order
