What happened?

Steps:

1 Create several empty folders on side panels
2 Try to rename, delete or drag&drop empty folders

Actual result: Get request is sent /api/listing/conversations/${bucket}/New%20folder%202?filter=ITEM&recursive=true
Expected result: no API request should be sent when manipulate with empty folder
